Took over three weeks to get my first interview. Then it took two weeks to get my second phone interview which lasted about an hour. Two weeks later I finally get my “role play” scenario interview. During the scenario, you get instructions and have about 5 minutes to digest and completely understand it before they start throwing everything at you. They give you somewhat of a time table to go off of to get an idea of what you will be doing, approximately an hour and 15 minutes. If you do not make it to that mark., you didn’t get the job.
