Interview
Easily the worst, most unprofessional interview experience of my life. Met a recruiter at my university career fair and got invited to an interview the next day. Interview only lasted 15 minutes, I was told at the beginning that they didn't have the questions they wanted prepared so they asked me basic ones instead. After the interview my PoC sent me an email telling me to fill out an interview form and the days I'd be free to interview over the phone. Do so (questions were the exact same from the in person interview) and heard nothing back for a week. Followed up with PoC, he apologized, and said he'd get back soon. Followed up again after another week of nothing, he apologized, and gave me a date and time to expect a phone interview. Interviewer never called, reached out to PoC, he apologized, and said he'd get an explanation for me asap. He never did, I gave up and accepted a different position.
Initial phone screen by recruiter and hiring manager. Both of them were very professional. Gave me a take home test that I completed on time. Got update from the recruiter that they are reviewing. Followed by a rejection email after couple weeks.
Recruiter scheduled a call with the hiring manager -> loop contained 3 rounds, DSA, System Design and Behavioral. Everything went smooth and the DSA was a hard question where i implemented the segmented trees

Completely unprofessional behavior from the recruiters. They ghosted me, after they set the wrong expectations for the interviews. Not worth your time to work for such a company.
