Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a week later. Aside from the phone screening, I had to complete a few tests (multi tasking, personality, typing, role playing) and interview with the managers.
They are looking for goals/numbers driven individuals, that can handle and be dependable in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Describe a variety of past sales situations in which you were able to suceed
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
