Interview
Interview 1 lasted 45 minutes with a hiring manager. Interview 2 lasted 5 hours with several team members and managers, and included a test that analyzed business factors.
Overall good experience. All interviewers were excited about GEICO, their experiences, and were greatly helpful in answering questions.
The interview included behavioral questions, a case study focused on data interpretation and business reasoning, and a SQL technical assessment. It was conducted by multiple directors and covered both soft and technical skills.

Went through multiple stages for interviews (phone & in person) and it wasn't too long of a process. Fairly positive experience and not overly stressful. Dealt with multiple parties throughout.
