      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Fredericksburg, VA) in Dec 2010

      Interview

      Phone interview with the usual questions, then a week later scheduled testing which was difficult. Role play was definitely the hardest. Then, was called to come in for a final interview where I sat with an agent and shadowed them. I spoke with a manager for about 20 minutes and should recieve a call sometime this week.

      Interview

      There were two interviews, one with HR and the other with the manager in my department. There were also at least two computer assessments. The entire process took approximately 16 days.

      I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GEICO (Tucson, AZ) in Nov 2011

      Interview

      Took 8 hours. Phone interview followed up with in person interview recruiter role playing for hours followed up with shadowing of actual job for about 2 hours. Then finally sitting down with manager to be offered a job pending a drug test, which you do on site with the geico "nurse" while she destroys your hair.
