There were three interviews. One preliminary over the phone interviews that asked basic questions and schedule/salary expectations. Second interview was also over the phone but I had to use this program similar to their systems while the interviewer pretended to be multiple customers to see how I would look up information and respond to difficulty. It was about 30 minutes. Third interview was over a zoom call and about an hour. Hiring manager interviewed me in depth then offer the job at the end of the interview.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
