The interview process comprised three rounds: 1) HR, 2) Manager followed by an assignment, and 3) Team. Overall, it was a positive experience, taking about three months from application to outcome.

Apply online directly even if you find them thru 3rd party. They ask to upload your resume, but also fill in their forms. (redundant). They have pre-screening, then actual recruiters.
