GEICO Manager, Change Management interview questions

I submitted job application through the company website. Two weeks later, E.W., an HR representative, emailed to set up a 30-minute recruiting screen by phone. That phone screen occurred about a week later. It was clearly communicated several times during the phone screen that I would get a response by a specific date, regardless of the decision. It's several weeks past that date and I haven't heard back. Disappointing lack of follow-up and clear lack of respect for candidates' time and effort.
