It is a three-step process. HR reaches out and asks a few questions to check interest and salary requirements. The second round involves talking to the hiring manager who asks a couple of technical questions and gives a quick insight on the role and the team overview. The third round is the power day with three back-to-back one-hour interviews. Technical coding, system design and behavioral for me. My technical interviewer did not have his web cam on and could not create a sharing editor. Forced me to open a google doc and share my screen. He went over the hour mark with no consideration for my time or the next interview which started immediately and made me join 6 mins late. System design is more or less related to the job such as the data engineering and other relevant questions related to the job description. The behavioral round is the one I hated the most. The interviewer asked a question for 30 secs and made me answer for over 6 mins. So I must have done about 10 questions for the majority of the call and I hated it very much. I did not get the offer but nonetheless, it was an average experience. HR goes AWOL if you are rejected. You are notified via email if rejected and called within 2 days if you are selected.
