The testing part of the interview was not pleasant but heck thats just the nature of those circumstances. My screener was well dressed and well spoken, I liked him immediately. He did make sure to touch on how demanding the job was and even offered me advice for the next phase. Working there now I see why it was such an exceptional interview he does not work in HR they were short handed and he pitched in. The second phase was a role play again the person was very pleasant but not as interactive as the my screener. Next I was asked to go upstairs to observe the job I was applying for. Upstairs I sat so long I thought they had forgotten about me, the lady they placed me with actually went to lunch and came back during that time. Then one of the managers retrieved me. It was a standard interview with the exception of how she made me convince her that I really wanted the job repeatedly...it was demeaning and like they were making sure I really needed a job so that compliance would not be an issue with me. Since i did really need a job this was not hard. I was hired that day.
