Initial screening with HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After that, final rounds which consisted of 3 interviews with different leaders in the company that were behavioral, situational, but also directly quiz you on terminology which I felt was odd and not indicative of how well you will do at the job. While initially I was interested in the company, this quickly changed after being ghosted after the final rounds. After emailing the recruiter twice asking for when to hear back or next steps, I finally got an update they would let me know soon. Another week later I got a generic email from Workday letting me know I was not selected. Very unprofessional - they least they could have done was let me know via a personal email, if not a phone call. However, after seeing the poor reviews left of the company, I guess this should not have been a surprise, but nevertheless I wouldn't recommend others go through the process.
