Interview
Loved meeting all the Gainsight folks- super friendly and I had about 5 interviews. Would’ve loved to work here. Lost my opportunity once I had to do the presentation for my 6th interview. Mind you, this a tool I have not worked with and it was a panel presentation. Recruiter called me several weeks later to let me know I didn’t get the job which I had already figured but nice of him anyway. As much as I wanted this job- I had to reflect that my 20 years of experience didn’t hold much value compared to a mock presentation. I have to agree with the others that they should drop that practice. It actually was a complete turnoff. Potential talent will go elsewhere. Luckily I landed a better opportunity. Best of luck to the Gainsight folks.

Question 1
Name a situation in which you had to communicate a slip in the date to executive management? What and how did you do that?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gainsight (Littleton, CO) in Apr 2018
Interview
Brief and to-the-point. The interviewer knew what they were after and asked relevant questions. They were honest about the company and what to expect. They actually spent extra time answering my questions.
