I had an initial interview with a recruiter. The recruiter set up an interview with the individual I would work under if hired. Both interviews were engaging and comfortable. I was asked about my experience and my skillset. The interview felt appropriate and again, engaging.
My biggest issue is that my interview was two weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard back. I have assumed that a different candidate was chosen for the position, but I would have appreciated notice of this. I am of the mind that if your organization is going to ask a candidate to undergo two or more interviews and testing for competency, you should at least notify candidates when you are unable to move forward with their candidacy.
