5 weeks of training, X-ray testing, math and English comprehension test, a lot of testing, waiting for airport pass takes long because of background check. May jot get the job even if you pass the interview process. Training is not hard just have to pay attention. Work environment very toxic and management very unorganized and union sucks as well. No one can help you.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld
Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
