Garmin Field Service Engineer interview questions

Preliminary interview with the hr manager with questions about my current work, salary expectation, availability to travel, motivation of my application fir the offered job. A following interview with the sales area manager: the weirdest interview of my life. After having shown all his frustration for having given up during his university studies, the manager didn't ask me anything but told me I was not suitable for the job because of my age. Even if it was clear the final result, I expected at least a formal feedback of the interview, but the company didn't contact me anymore for any kind of communication.
