I was called for a phone interview, the HR woman rushed through the interview in 15 mins. Not very nice, not a good use of time. If they are excited about your experience they'll give you the time of day, if you don't come in with mad experience or mad skills don't bother. She would ask the same questions over again.

Question 1
What is the most difficult analog circuit you've ever worked on?
The phone screen was pretty chill. They asked a lot about my resume and past work/internship experiences. It was mostly very behavioral, only a few questions were asked about basic technical understanding.

Question 1
What was the hardest circuit design project you've ever worked on?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin (Kansas City, KS) in Feb 2024
Interview
They are elitists and will not consider average students yet complain about work ethic ironic I think not but best of luck. There salary also isn't as competitive as they would like to think overall a big no from me
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin (Olathe, KS) in Sep 2021
Interview
There are three interviews and the process should take about one to two months. The first interview is to determine if you are eligible and would be a good candidate. The second one is to test your technical knowledge. The third one is to determine if you are a good fit.
