Interview
I applied online, contacted by HR a couple weeks later to schedule 30 minute behavioral interview. The initial interview is just a discussion of your experience, strengths, weaknesses, very basic and standard. After passing the initial interview, HR reached back out to schedule a one hour technical interview with two team leads.
This is where it went downhill--I received a phone call from the recruiter a few days before my interview and notified me they were cancelling my interview because they filled the position. The first recruiter that reached out to me told me they had openings in multiple departments so I said OK it is what it is. I was annoyed they didn't even bother interviewing the rest of the candidates they had already scheduled.
NOW, I reach back out to my first recruiter to ask if they have any openings in the other department that she mentioned initially. Followed up multiple times with the recruiters and they didn't even bother to reply to me or confirm whether all of the internship positions are filled. Seriously? What kind of communication is that? Really disappointed with the whole process and lack of communication from their recruiting team.
