Gartner interview questions

I had one phone interview and was told I was one of the candidates for consideration. I was informed that a decision was to be made qucikly - within the week and that I would hear back. Three weeks elapsed and I emailed the recruiter only to find out the job had been filled.

Interview process was pleasant and professionally conducted. They emphasized the traits of a candidate rather than experience/skills in a particular field or function.
