Overall there is four interview stages. - Initial stage with Recruiter. - "Good-Fit" Interview with team. - Techincal Interview with team leads. - HR Interview. The technical stage is difficult and intense if your not a strong coder or passionate about software dev. The technical stage is a combination of code review + questions on a coding assignment. Followed by a live coding session + questions. Finally a conversation + questions on situational awareness and approach to different problems is carried out. Technical session is about 1.5 to 2 hours long.
