The interview was taken in three rounds and was seamless with a case study that I had to prepare the analysis result presentation for. The HR team was very responsive and quick in revert.

They asked the STAR method based questions so you can explain what was your previous experience in a certain competency based question

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.

There are two rounds of interview it was very basic and simple interview although after selecting getting the offer is bit lengthy process and till onboarding it takes a month

2. Senior Manager Round/AVP Round: Talking about past experiences and theoritical knowledge on the process you are going to get hired to
