Gensler interview questions

I applied online in January 2014 and got their email for interview in February. I live in S.F. so I choose online interview and they sent me a gotomeeting invitation. It is a nice interview! They two architects who are the interviewer are very nice, just chatting, I think. They asked me about my background and my portfolio. Then they talked about the internship program. Actually I think for those who are reading this message, probably you've got an invitation for interview, and it's very likely they will give you an offer! Good luck and God bless you!

I applied online. They contacted me after a month by email and set up an interview time within the next 2 weeks. I interviewed with 3 people (2 physically present, 1 video conference) and sent my thank you letters that night to the 3employees and the lady who set up the interview. Heard back from 2 of them the next day. It took about a month and a half to get an automated message to notify that they would not be moving forward with me as a candidate. The interview was laid back and everyone seemed really nice. They need a much better turn around time (should be less than 2 weeks to know if they do not want you) to let people know if they will not be hired so people will keep moving forward with their job search or feel like they can accept other offers. The entire process is entirely too long.
