Nice people throughout the process, but it was very confusing. I was invited in after chatting with a recruiter about someone else and was asked to come in for a general chat. The interviewers had different expectations. So would say there was poor communications from the Recruiting team
First round was in person, which felt a bit old school - yes I want to meet the people I'm going to work with, but let's go digital to start. It's a lot to set time aside to come into a new location - feels like a good second round tactic.
I was never given a job rec so wasn't sure what I needed to hit, though my interviewers expected that.
I was asked to provide work samples, but never got feedback on them.
I asked for updates and didn't get any.
It was clear in the process that teams don't talk to each other as they had no idea of someone I knew who was head of another group right before.
Their offices are beautiful and they're all nice, but the Recruiting team isn't organized. Sad for such a company that does such amazing work.
