Behavioral interview. Softball questions. Basically, if you talk well and relate things to concrete experiences you’ve had (working ones of course), you’ll be doing well. However, I don’t think they care that much about you.

What are some of your strengths / weaknesses? When is one time you overcame difficulties? Questions like that
Interviewed with recruiter with 2 weeks after online submit. Went very well and was pushed to do a video call with the hiring manager but took a couple of weeks with horrible communication on their part. Interview also went well, and was asked to do an in person interview and tour. Once again to over a month to get ahold of them to reconnect. Went in for tour and interview with 3 sections and I felt it went very well, they were very receptive and provided great feedback. The hiring manager said I would be hearing from them and no communication now for 2 months. I have reached out to the recruiter and to the hiring manager both. Im a professional and of course I moved on, but the demeanor of the higher process managers was horrible.

Phone screening with recruiter after the application. Meet and Interview with manager on site along with the site visit lasting a day. Company pays for all visit.
fair they asked relevant questions for the role and i had a good time with the interviewer. Some behavioral questions and some technical questions but alot of resume questions. Would recommend
