The process consists of 2 interviews and a IQ like test. All of them purely based on you proving technical knowledge on 1st year of College level exams. This screening is conducted by someone without the technical expertise who was the answers in a piece of paper to the side. The HR questions where as usual, easy ones. Gives the impression that they spend more money on recruitment than training actual candidates. No in depth questions regarding your experience and how did you develop it.
This interview is basically an exam.
