The test was poorly constructed, with unclear questions, errors, and simplistic puzzles with no clear correct answers. Additionally, it wasn’t adapted for non-native English speakers or those unfamiliar with U.S. culture, which made some questions confusing and irrelevant.
It felt more like a data-gathering exercise than a genuine skills assessment. This unprofessional approach reflects poorly on the company and shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort.
