Very laidback and unprofessional, had a great time. Dressed rather casual and had very few questions asked with the interview mostly consisting of casual conversation over day to day things we both enjoyed.-
The hiring manager didn't ask too many interview questions, but asked for information to make sure you were eligible and available to work. Giant has a very straightforward hiring process.
Simple phone interview. Checking availability and ability to perform job well. Also discussed comparability with the company, the team, the schedule, and the overall work load. Very straight forward interview.
