i applied for the cashier job at giant. two weeks later i get a call to be interviewed at the store. i go to the store, dressed formal thinking i'll be interviewed. to my surprise, they called me in to tell me they hired me and i could start working the same day as my interview date. and that is how i got the job.

Question 1
there wasn't an interview, but the manager did ask me only one question. when my availabilities are for working. it wasn't that hard to answer.
Hiring process was pretty easy. It took about 30 minutes, and all the staff was very welcoming. I recommend getting there at least 15 minutes early. This shows properness and readiness.
Don't worry about it they'll just ask you why you want to work, and look at your background. They're usually hiring people on a daily basis so don't sweat it.
Why do you want to work here? What is your past experience? Have you been a cashier before? Situational questions as well as communications and team work effort sand ethics.
