GitHub Software Engineer interview questions

A Talent Partner reached out and coordinated a technical take home exercise. I couldn't get the exercise for a couple days. They notified me that they would be out of the office and their colleague would handle any questions or next steps during that time. The take home exercise wasn't difficult, it took around 2-3 hours to complete. After I put in a PR the next stage was suppose to be a Code review. I reached out to both the original Talent Partner and the colleague that was taking over letting them know the PR was in as described in the instructions. I didn't hear anything back for a couple days. So I send another email asking for next steps. I waited over a week and I still did not receive anything back, so I sent out one final email. The original talent partner's email was bounced back with a "blocked" message. I could only assume that they were fired or quit and their email address was disabled. Overall it was frustrating to not receive any responses to my emails to continue the process. No rejection message, just ghosted.

I went through 3 interviews, the initial phone screen then an interview with the hiring manager to discuss in depth what the role was about and the technical interview. I thought I did pretty well in all of them but ended up being ghosted after the technical.
