First interview was nice, then did a skills test, and then a second interview with someone else, which was okay. Second interviewer said they would get back to me about a question I asked since they didn't know the answer (they said it was a good question), and that I would hear from them about a final interview next week. I never heard back from anyone. It was a shame since I was excited about their work and put a lot of time into the application process. Hopefully they improve their process because they seem like an organization with a great cause.
The interview process is quite intense. You have an intial phone call, then you have to pass a skills test, and then you have a final interview with the VP of the team your applying to.
