I had two interviews. introduction one and a professional one. both of them were very nice and fair. the wall process was pleasant. Both of the interviews was over zoom. I

Online application was accepted to a second stage: a 2-hour coding assignment to implement a payment scheduling system. The instructions emphasized that submissions would be 'reviewed by a human' and should be readable and well-structured.
Unfortunately, I never received any response after submitting my assignment over a month ago, despite follow-up emails to the hiring team.
Asking candidates to invest significant time in assignments and then ghosting them completely seems rather inconsistent with GiveDirectly's stated values and for that matter basic professional courtesy and respect.
