Extremely lengthy recruitment process. Included a three hour test and more than 4 interviews with different panelists each time. Responses from GD for each stage took at least a month and several follows up from my side before receiving an answer. The whole process lasted more than four months. Did not feel like my application, time and effort was valued and respected by the recruiting team, which was a red flag for the organisational values for me.
