Global Response Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

First, there was a test checking grammar & spelling skills, and also some "personality" type questions. Next, there was a typing test, type a paragraph as many times as possible in 5 minutes. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was brought into the interview room. Most of the discussion was my sharing about how my previous experience, both c.s. & otherwise, has made me a good candidate.

It was a very long process. It was a typing test, skills test included. As well as, being interviewed by three different people. There were three one on one interviews.
