I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Austin, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
First interview just a brief meet n greet with agency owner, who then presented to a group of fellow interviewees the company overview, history, future, expectations and an extremely exaggerated pay structure.
Second interview you'd get a job offer (or not). But when you accept, you pay for your ten-day online schooling, and fee's ($120). When you pass, you begin the week-long script training (unpaid) and pay for your Texas Insurance license ($60) after you get your fingerprinting done ($45)

Interview
Group like, put you into rooms where they just give you an overview and I believe offer the positions to mostly everyone. I do not recommend to younger professionals looking to start their careers
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
Relatively simple and very straightforward. Multiple step process that provides multiple opportunities for your questions and concerns to be addressed. Lots of questionnaires to fill out in each part of the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Whether you've spoken with your spouse about the opportunity and if they have any concerns.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Mason, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
One group interview followed by a single interview. The hiring employee was up-beat and excited to welcome one lucky new team member. More about what the position and pay would be like as opposed to asking too many questions overall though.

Question 1
To describe my personality/if I thought I had the personality needed for sales.
