I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very misleading. I received a call asking if I wanted to interview. I was told they found my resume online and they wanted to schedule an interview. I asked about the position and the lady would only say it was a management position. When I asked for details she would say her boss didn't give her any more information. When I got to the interview there were about 20 other people and we were called back one at a time. I spent about two minutes with a manager who barely looked at my resume before saying he thought I would be a good fit. He moved me to a conference room with all the other applicants and we were asked to fill out a personality questionnaire. Then he went into an hour long sales pitch about the company and how we could be managers in as little as 60 days. He never explained what a manager would do and said at the beginning that he wasn't going to answer any questions out of respect for everyone's time. We could ask questions at the third interview. I got a call that afternoon for a third interview and again, the man wouldn't tell me what the managers actually do other than they would have more responsibility. In the end they wanted me to sell insurance as a 1099 employee and pay for my own training to get my insurance license. I'm not interested in working for a company that won't answer questions during the interview process. I am positive that if I accepted the third interview I would have received a job offer. The company has nothing to lose because they don't pay you a dime. You pay for your own training and receive only commission. You even have to provide your own computer.

Bait and switch job. I was asked to interview for a manager position, got there and was told nobody starts as a manager. Instead they tried convincing me to take the "agent" position they said was open.

Interview
I was emailed an invitation to a webinar where the presenter talked in circles about absolutely nothing. Upon further investigation during the zoom call, I learned that the 'management' position was actually a commission based life insurance sales job.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Hanson, KY) in May 2020
Interview
the interviewer did not ask any questions on why I wanted to work at their company, they just did a company slide on how their business model works and the amount of money I could make.
