Simple interview process. There are multiple phases. They begin with a one on one interview where they ask you questions like what you are looking for in your next career, biggest strengths, and whether you are a team player. If they like you, you are invited to a seminar style presentation of the company to explain how the job works and what their culture is like, and to help you understand the the pay. It is very informative. After that they may schedule you back for a third interview which is like a half hour one on one meeting with the owner. If the third interview goes well, they may offer you a position.
