I applied through other source. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Murfreesboro, TN) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a bunch of lies. They liked me. They wanted me to wait for a second interview. Before waiting for one hour after driving 1.5 hours one way, in torrential rains, I asked about the salary that I had already confirmed before wasting my day. They had a job post saying the job paid a salary for $51-61,000, it was in a city not listed so I assumed it was a new store, made sense. I confirmed that this was a salary and not commission. Yes it was definately a salary. In writing. They lied about everything. There was zero salary, straight commission. There was no new store, no manager in training position, straight up sales, only. Run my car on my gas, no base, nothing. No new store in the city they claimed to be opening in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ordinary questions. I looked the part, like a professonal. They were just looking for a professional appearance I believe. Easy. But answered my questions honestly which was a first. They contacted me from my online resume. Because of seeing bad reviews on this site, i needed written confirmation of all. I got it, until the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Maumelle, AR)
Interview
The interview process is basic, they have you come into a room and do a "group interview" where they go over the benefits of working for the company. There is no base salary while you are in there training but don't worry they make sure your paid enough for you gas. It is just not realistic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division in Sep 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me regarding a "Manager" position and requested a 1-on-1 interview as noted. Joining the interview, the meeting was NOT 1-on-1 but in a group setting with 10+ individuals. The "interview" was more of a sales pitch meeting on why should you should join Globe Life Liberty National Division. No interaction between the interviewer and intervee was made.
THIS IS A COMMISION-BASED JOB! A regular sales representative position not a "Manager-In-Training". All salaries are determined based on the amount of active or new clients acquisitioned and proposed profits will deeply vary! Be mindful of "training" and other expenses to be a sales rep will cost money out of pocket.

Interview
Pointless. They contacted me repeatedly to get me to interview for the job in my area and there was not even a job anywhere close to me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
