Interview
There was an initial 5-10 minute screening interview, immediately followed by a group presentation about the company for those who made it past the screening. The presentation was transparent and informative. Individuals received call backs based on their answers to questionnaires passed out during the presentation. My third and final interview was truly an interview with a senior agent and I got to ask questions I still had.

Group interview in 3 steps. Congratulated me for passing first step by being chosen for group interview. Had to come back later for a one on one interview and then had to wait around for a phone call to determine my start date

offered me the jo really fast. does not seem like a good way to make money. I do not like commission based work, to me it seems that they are exploiting my work.

Interview was pretty straight forward, mostly questions about your work ethic and what you would be willing to do to succeed. Just making sure you are a fit for the job.
