One on one to inform you it is performance-based pay. Group interview next to give overview of Agency & LNL. Final interview a different day to look at whether the opportunity is a good fit for you and the company.

Final interview they have a spreadsheet where you list any personal expenses you definitely need to earn monies to finance. Then they realistically show you if it is potentially possible for you to realistically earn that amount of money.
