I arrived for an interview to find that it was more of a sales pitch. No salary provided until you have made X amount of sales. It seemed like the more you knew of the insurance process the less they were interested in you.

Following the initial call. There was a 15 minute conference call with the company owners for a company review first. After that process you're either invited to another interview or they continue on in the process for people who better meet the company qualifications.
