I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Houston, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied online was selected to come for in person interview. I arrived met one on one was asked questions in regards to character answers. To me they wanted to hear people skills. I was a social worker in past and they asked me to stay for 2nd interview. This was a group interview where we watched a video about company statistics and pay scale. After video we filled out survey and were told we would be contacted by end of day if requested for third and final interview. I was co tacked and requested with the agreement that I would be ready to start if offered job and had the ability to pay upfront for my part of the fee for licensing testing and educational materials for the course needed to take the test. This was $49 plus $49. I agreed and was scheduled the following Monday. I am now awaiting to attend said interview. This far everyone has been great. I am concerned about the commission only pay scale. I am unsure if training is paid or not.

Following the initial call. There was a 15 minute conference call with the company owners for a company review first. After that process you're either invited to another interview or they continue on in the process for people who better meet the company qualifications.
