GoFundMe interview questions

Applied online and received an email to answer a few questions. After that I was invited to partake in a phone interview. This took about 20 minutes and she asked the basic questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. She told me she would be in contact with me the next day but I never heard anything back. I sent a follow up email and still, no response. I don't believe I am the first person they have ghosted but I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional. At least have the courage and respect to send me a rejection email.

First you answer some questions via email, then they will do a phone screen. I was then called in for an in person interview at the office. I interviewed with two people for about an hour, then shadowed someone for 15 min, then interviewed with two different people for another hour. I was at the office for about 3 hours for the on-site interview.
