Interview
People were nice. I wish they would have told me some details in a phone interview instead of a face-to-face. I think it would be more effective if they would issue a phone interview initially and then invite you in to come tell you about all the details. Then you can make a decision prior to arriving if it's the right fit.
The process is quite simple and straightforward,
The first step is phone screening and if you clear that they call you on-site for an in-person interview.
Overall nice and friendly staff.
