The interview process was staged very formally, however,
the actually interviews themselves were completely comfortable. You'll first be contacted by a recruiter, then screened in a very quick, "Do you know what you're signing up for?" discussion. They'll assess your talents/experience you put on your resume, and then they'll let you know if they'd like to get to know you better in a more formal interview.
The second interview is virtual, usually conducted by two people. The STAR method is used, and the interviewer was super nice and explained this to me, and offered a little guidance about the things he was looking for from each question before he began asking me things.
Just prepare your STAR questions ahead of time, and make sure your qualifications and ethics align with customer satisfaction.
