      Client Administrative Spevialist Interview

      Sep 23, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Cedar Rapids, IA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GreatAmerica (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Sep 2016

      Interview

The process took a long time. First you go in to take a timed test and meet with possible team leaders who interview you. Then if you passed the test you were asked to come back in and do a structured interview where you were scored and had to get a minimum score. It then took 3-4 days to get back to me just to tell me that I didn't get the job. They told me I was too much of a team player and wouldn't succeed on my own. Well good to know that this company isn't about teamwork like they promote
