Greenhouse Software Sales Development Representative interview questions

The interview process started out with a phone call with an SDR Manager. After, there was a writing assignment that included doing a competitor and customer analysis. After, was a video (or in person) interview with both senior sdr managers, 2 sdr who are currently in the role you are applying for, and two people about the company culture.

The first step is a screening call with a recruiter. They will ask about past experience and some questions to hear how well you speak over the phone and think on your feet. If you move on to the next round, the next step is a take-home exercise where you will show off your writing skills and ability to prospect. The final round is an onsite interview where you will meet with 8 different Greenhouse employees. The interviews are broken into 5 different rounds where you will be asked behavioral questions, situational questions, and a sales role-play. There is also a round based completely on culture fit. Everyone I met during this interview process is down to earth and very intelligent. If you are meant to be part of the Greenhouse team, the interview process should feel extremely comfortable and straightforward.
