I was contacted for a brief phone screening, then was invited to complete a take-home assignment for the sales development representative job, which took around a day to complete. I was then asked to do a video interview with multiple individuals (two current sales representatives, two managers, two members of other teams at Greenhouse, and a recruiter) that took over THREE HOURS. After the multiple-week process, I was sent an email explaining that while I was denied an offer, I should be proud of how far in the process I went, and that I should see it as an accomplishment. I have no negative things to say about the interview process and individuals I had talked to, other than the fact that I wasted tons of my time that could have been spent pursuing other jobs or doing something more productive/beneficial. Please save other, future applicants the stress and make your process shorter in general.
