A surreal interview. The whole conversation was focused on telling all of the issues that the company had. They asked if I would have any issues working more hours than agreed, and told me they couldn’t promise job stability or growth. The interviewer was also insistent on offering me a freelance contract even though the position was advertised as permanent. She didn’t say anything positive about the company — she painted everything in a negative way, almost convincing me not to work there. In my opinion, I got an interviewer who seemed completely burned out. The next day, I received an email saying they would not move forward with my application. I don’t know the reason, but this is a place to be extremely cautious with.
