Interview aims to check programming (you'll have to write code in front of your interviewer), algorithms and data structures and deep understanding and explanation of past experiences.
I went through 2 recruiter screenings, 1 technical phone screening and 4 hours interview from 1 developers, 1 senior engineer and 2 managers. I received an offer shortly after that.

The process was like any other organization. It was fine. Nothing much to explain. It started with HR Discussion, followed by Technical Round which was about 45 minutes. Overall process was Satisfactory

I had a virtual on-site, it was long with multiple rounds. One round involved coding; another round involved debugging an application. Overall friendly but depends on who you interview with.
