I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Groupon (Auckland, Auckland) in Jan 2012
Interview
Totally useless Human Resource Team, combined with the inefficiencies of senior management at the time. The Sales Manager interviewed me, then promptly left the business and I was not contacted back by Human Resources. Then in another round of interviews with the new Sales Manager, 1 month later, it took them 2 weeks to confirm that I was hired. My negotiations were not adhered to during the integration and indoctrination in the role and my contract was simplified without my understanding or consent.
