Interview
Interview process is so quick. They won't make the interview candidates to wait so long. Results will be disclosed immediately. First round is GD. Shortlisted candidates will be moved to Second round which is Versant test. You need to score at least 58 to pass the test. Post the test, there will be ops round and then HR round. Manager and HR are very friendly.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

Interview
It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
